Can't say it wasn't a pain in the butt, but it was well worth it. Took me all day and have a few swollen fingers from holding the floss. There are very minor scratches to the clear coat, but nothing that cant be fixed. I took pictures but it is nighttime here. I will post some pictures of it during the day when time permits. I have yet to see anyone with the carbon fiber stinger and gt badges so I thought I would share for anyone interested. Let me know what you guys think.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your Stinger GT! The carbon fiber Stinger badge looks great. I'm having some trouble seeing the GT badge, however...

Thanks! It is hard to see during night time. I was just excited to share since it takes a decent amount of effort to rebadge these puppies. I really like the blackout look on a car as sexy as the Stinger. CF accents would help give me that effect while still making it pop up close and during the day. Unfortunately I'm unable to post the new pictures I took of it today due to being "new", although i have lurked for a while. Rather discouraging if I do say so myself.

Attempt at uploading some pictures so you guys can see it during the day. Including the rebadge of the hood I just finished today as well.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I'm a bit surprised when I hear some people (including you) that notice scratching after de-badging. I wouldn't think floss would be a material with a very high hardness? Did you not clean the paint perfectly before sawing at the badge? I only mention because I was thinking about doing the rear center Stinger badge next year, and although I can easily polish out the scratches, it concerns me if the clear coat scratches that easily. Maybe those scratches you noticed after the install were actually there before you started the badge removal?

Could you take a closer picture of your new from emblem? Where did you get it and do you like it?
