Hey guys been poking around looking for some answers to questions but just thought I would break the ice and see if I could get some direct help.

Has anyone noticed a buzzing, clicking/tapping sound coming from the driver side vent area possibly the pillar between the door and the windshield? I've read about the door catch issue that some people have but that doesn't seem to be it for me. It's definitely harmonic, only happens at 1250 rpm's. Not a huge problem but that 8 speed likes to hover around that mark around town.

I've seen a lot of diy intake kits, had anyone figured out a diy snorkel/ram air setup?

Has anyone had success with exhaust cut outs? I would love to do this because I like the stock exhaust for my commute but would love to open it up when I was having fun. Anyone who has done it I was wondering where down the line it was installed. I would assume after the cat or out might throw a code. Would it need with the ECU going back and forth from, essentially, resonater and muffler delete back to stock exhaust?

I know that's a lot. Thank you everyone for the help! Glad to be part of the stinger club! I love this car!!

Stock exhaust with cutouts before the mufflers sounds bad, it's not aggressive at all and sounds like a v6 Accord. You can basically cut the exhaust off after the primary pipes as there is no sensors after that. I won't recommend that as the drone and noise will be insane. The cutout location can be before the secondary cats, but mine where right before the mufflers and I didn't like it. If you live near Sacramento you can have my old exhaust. I
As for the snorkels, there has been plenty of diy 3d print files here of you have a 3d printer or know someone. If not I have the Jhonny tig ones that are just bent metal. Shouldn't be that hard to copy

Welcome! Moving this out of the lounge/introduction area and into the Stinger section where it will get more attention.

Howdy and welcome into the open. :D (I know almost nothing about practically everything, and that includes exhausts.)

Very interesting on the 3d printing files. Just search snorkel on here?
