First Kia (White GT Limited Purchase)

Howdy. What is a "Limited" in Canada? Not the color, obviously. As far as I know, "Limited" in the US are the Sunset Yellow, which reportedly only have 400 examples to be sold here (I saw one the weekend of my test drive; and by Monday it was sold).

We only get two trim levels of the 3.3 and the limited is the top trim

Hi! New to this forum, living just west of Toronto and just purchased a white Stinger GT Limited. First Kia owned and just looking for pearls of wisdom from other owners regarding care and maintenance
I like the way you roll ..........

GT Limited = GT2 but with more stuff.

I also have a white GT Limited west of Toronto! Welcome to the gang.

Welcome, and congratulations on a wise purchase - you're going to love the car. Not much I can say about care and maintenance, other than I love the car and the way it looks, so I go above and beyond to keep it clean ... :) Black or Red interior?

Consider updating your profile when you can, with your location and a bit of info on the car. Very resourceful forum, this, and it helps a great deal if people can see what you have, and where you are.

I went with the red leather. It wasn't my first choice until I actually saw it. The think the nappa leather is really classy. I have seen red leather in other cars that I found tacky but this is nice

Agree. Very nice combination with the White Pearl (bias on full display). :p

One thing on the maintenance side I would recommend is paint protection film on the front to guard against stone chips and the like. I'd also recommend finding someone other than the dealer to apply it - I paid about half what the dealer wanted and got extra coverage as well.

Funny you mention that, I have an appointment with a local shop that is installing it next week. Good advice that I took from this forum after reading about some of the paint issues and rock chips. It's not cheap but a 10 year warranty from scratching and discoloration so hopefully it's worth it.

Welcome to forums and congrats on your purchase, I owed KIAs in the pass and all I did to them is regular maintenance. From a Canadian to another, I recommend adding 3M to the front and under coating for our winters. Mine came with the Alberta package which added rubber mats/block heater/wheel locks.

Welcome. Just don’t drive into the back of a truck and blame your warning systems. My $.02 from another member!
