I just bought my first mod for my 2018 Kia stinger GT. Pretty new to this whole modding or tunning thing. I'm just wondering if I need to install anything first before my cold air intake or if I need to get my car tuned after installing cold air intake, or would I be fine driving like normal after install? Anything would help.

No tunes required, the car adjusts on its own. Need to take it out for a few consecutive WOT runs for it to adjust. It wont be much power though, maybe 10hp at the top end but you may free up a bit up power in the midrange.

Yup, enjoy your intakes.

Much appreciated! Would you recommend either jb4 tune or maybe a whole new exhaust system as the next mod? I'm a little between the both.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
JB4 for sure.
would I only need the JB4 and Bluetooth adapter? I see in the Kia shop that they have extra extensions, but I'm not exactly sure what that extra stuff is for.

My recommendation is to get the fuel wire adapter and the EWG adapter wires if you are going with the JB4. Also get the HKS plugs. I know that makes it cost considerably more but in the end I am willing to bet you will regret not getting everything all at once.

Hey SIMONGUEY,

Welcome to the mod lifestyle and congrats on the new intake.

If you are just installing the intake by itself you won't need to install anything else with it in order for your car to work properly.

If you are ever looking for any other aftermarket parts come check out our Stinger specialty store at www.K8StingerStore.com.
