According to the dealership, a repair notice (or whatever they call it) went out in regards to the stereo shifting to the back of the car randomly. Mark Kia service called me after they pre-emptively ordered me a new stereo unit and told me it would take a few days to get it installed.

My car has been in the shop for a week, because the replacement stereo caused issues with my airbags (that makes me nervous) and they are waiting on another unit they have me in a red GT loaner.

Anyone else get this fix done? Did it actually fix the issue?

Yep. I commented on that other thread. I gotta say, I really love this place for communication about problems. Hopefully they didnt break my car when they disassembled all that stuff.

Quite a growing number of customers getting Stinger loaners while their cars are being kept for service. Almost turns time away from our Stingers into a nothing, if you get to drive one while you wait.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
