Hi everyone. 2021 gt, k&n intakes, mbrp catback, jb4, and plugs. Just noticed that I have a very high pitched ring sound (kinda like ringing in your ears frequency after loud music) from what seems to be the front of the car under hard acceleration. While in map 0 I cannot hear it car runs and drives like normal, but once I get around that 18psi range I hear the ringing sound, car still feels strong even with the sound. Everything else on the car is stock, any idea what it could be? Will be uploading a video of the sound if I can capture it. Happens without fail. szynalski.com/tone#7676,v0.02 (I recommend turning your volume down)

Sounds like turbo induction to me. Totally normal from the open K&N intakes. Also the "pshhh" you hear when letting off the gas, is from the blow off releasing boost when the throttle plate closes.

You think so? I can only really hear it around 5-6 second range in the video.

Hmmm, then I'm not hearing it. I hear the turbo induction fspooling up around 2 to 3 seconds, but not really hearing anything else different at 4 to 5 or so when your engine downshifts, except maybe hearing some wind noise. Then at about 7 seconds the psshh from the blow off. Kind of hard to tell. Then again and about a year or so ago tinnitus kicked in. Perhaps someone else will be able to pin point it.
