GT1 window trim faded and discolored
I used The Bar Keeper’s Friend. Looks like new and only took a few minutes.
Treated trim on the left, untreated on the right

Welcome. Just noting this topic has been moved out of the community lounge and into the Stinger Exterior forum.

Another option for getting rid of the discoloration, thanks for sharing.

I've found that a stiff rubbing to dry it keeps it from spotting when washing and maintains appearances well. I haven't had to actually remove spots and discoloration for quite a while.

I had my discoloured trim replaced under warranty last month.

vent shades to cover trim above doors, Plastidip for the rest (pieces near the hatch).

the "dark chrome" trim looked stupid on a black car anyway LOL

Nice looking ride, I love the vent shade idea and it looks slick! Where did you buy?

I just got a 22 with the same issue. Ended up using Mothers Metal and Aluminum polish and worked like a charm.
