Peace peeps. I'm a 2019 Stinger GT stock owner. So if I was to do one thing between an exhaust or a JB3, or 4. Which should I get. Also, I know that Meth burns at a higher octane, but I have ZERO knowledge on how to get it, where to get it & can I run meth without a mod? If it's yes. Does it reduce gas mileage, how much gain in HP does meth give!

Well I had a 2012 Optima SX. Traded that in for a 2018 Chevy Cruz. I HATED THAT CAR SO BAD!! Had it for 3 mos. So, the Stinger became part of my family.

Funny pic. But, doesn't answer my questions. lol

Water+Methanol injection increases effective octane due to the water being resistant to burning, thus, the effectively higher octane rating.
It does nothing for boosting power on its own. Instead, it allows the running of higher boost pressures and less heat soak of the intake IC system.
You can get it everywhere. Most use washer fluid as it is already a decent pre-mixed setup, but you have to find the right stuff. A little research on it should help you in that area if you still have interest.
There are various setups for water+meth kits available, though I couldn't comment on any of them directly.

Hope that helps a little.

Methanol alone can pick up power by allowing the engine to run more timing. It also let's you run more boost safely of course. Cleaner valves and so on. I don't recommend boost juice as its no 49/51 as advertised. It's ~33% methanol. At that point you're pissing money away. Find a local shop and mix your own. It's very simple as I made a sheet for it. No stupid debates about moving by volume vs mixing by weight.

@Stock_stinger I forgot to mention the added timing, thanks for the correction. :)

Order of how I would approach it depends on what your goals are:

Performance: JB4 + HKS spark plugs --> WMI --> Intake --> Exhaust.
Happy smiles / noise: Intake --> Exhaust --> JB4 + plugs --> WMI

Other performance things to add may be an intercooler as well.

Easiest WMI setup is the BMS WMI kit and boost juice. Has everything that you need and because you can tap into the JB4 as a WMI controller, it is much easier to use compared to some of the other setups I was reading about.

If I had to pick only one option and I was looking for increased power, it would be JB4 and HKS plugs (I have gone through Densos too quickly and find the HKS hold up longer).

Forgot stickers dammit.

Obviously each sticker is +15hp MINIMUM and everyone knows the red stinger comes with a +50bhp boost from stock

I would agree, if you only do one thing I would go for JB4 and Plugs (1-step colder plugs are required to run higher boost levels). The ease of map switching and you can easily expand into WMI in the future. The JB4 with E30 fuel mix would be a huge improvement over stock
