Engine Support Bar connection locations?

Was wondering if anyone here has used an Engine Support Bar with their Stinger 3.3 to change out parts?

I know some people have used them for changing Alternator and Starter, so just trying to understand the best mount points to use to hold up the engine when dropping the subframe.

I am going to reach out to someone who has actually done this, but wanted to see if anyone here had too and what they used.

Trying to slowly prepare for that day when I have to change out something that requires it.

The engine doesn't weigh all that much. 4 grade 8.8 m10 bolts is plenty. Just find whatever is convenient. Could pull the intake (upper and lower) and use the intake bolt holes if necessary.

Me likey! I'm talking to the guy from the video and hoping I can get more info to do a writeup here. Seems this method is the way to go and save HOURS of work dropping the whole damn engine.
