It isn't automated but they did send me a black card for 24 hr roadside assistance.

Haven’t had a chance to look into it fully (as I have roadside assistance already)so not sure what it i entails, but Roadside Assistance is included with the UVO app.

I hit the SOS button by accident and it was trying to send help, all of the vehicles coordinates pop up on the screen. I believe UVO is the same as blue link.

Look at the details of the KIA UVO service. It uses your cellphone when it is connected via the USB port.
