I have a 2018 GT1 coming off a lease and considering a 2021 GT1.
I notice only a slight difference in the feel of the car between Comfort and Sport modes.
Is there any difference in the 2021 ECS technology or "feel"?

Oh man, if you could wait till the 2022 models are out, that'd be awesome. I like the idea of the new active exhaust and the new kia emblem

As subsequent model years have appeared, some drivers assert that the ECS has been tuned differently. Some say it is softer and others say firmer in Sport mode. Etc. Not a lot of talk about it, actually; and not for some months, that I have seen anyway.

Get the 2021 while it's hot, because the 2022 GT1 is no "GT1" in the same sense as all other model years: 2022 GT1 is more like a base GT.

I can feel a difference in tightness between comfort and sport mode in my 2021 GT1.
I have tried some turns on the drive home in both modes and a right at 25 mph has more body roll in comfort mode.
FYI I have an eiabach sway on the rear set to soft.

I agree with Merlin, for GT1 trim a 2021 gets you more than a 2022.
