Had stealership install my pro kit (E10-46-035-01-22) on my GT2 AWD 3.3 on May 3. I expected some delay in spring settling. But hasn’t dropped more than 3/4 inch.

Contacted Eibach. I’m sending them wheel fender to ground measurements and pics.

Neither Eibach nor I can envision that the dealer installed them incorrectly as the top/bottom diameter of the springs are vastly different (and likely won’t fit). Dealer swore up and down they cut bumpstocks as documented by Eibach.

Going to have it up this weekend to try to confirm bumbstocks were trimmed, spring orientation, and if any part numbers are on the springs.

Here are my measurements (from the ground) - using yard stick and tsquare under fender to max height

DR 669mm

PR 668mm

DF 669mm

PF 673mm (Odd this is 4 mm higher than drivers side).

Anyone on pro kit 3.3 awd gt2 with the Eibach s and stock 19” wheels care to give me their measurements?

Thanks. Looks like I’m within your range. I suppose there will be a variance with springs. .

The pics of others just look lower... I am nowhere near 1.4 drop in front and 1.2 rear.

Thanks for taking the time to check.

Your wheels look good!

I like that gloss black on the OEM wheels.

Just measured mine as well. I did my own install so I know it’s correct. Did not remove the rear bumpstops but did trim the fronts.

I’m aftermarket 19’s but on stock tires.

670 to 675 all 4 corners.

The RWD cars look lower but most of the AWD ones I’ve seen sit like this. What I like is that i don’t have the reverse rake the RWD cars have. It’s more of an even drop all around.

BTW your car looks fantastic! I wouldn’t worry about another 1/4 inch.

Looks like I’m in the average drop wise. Thanks for taking the time.

Any chance you could measure the amount of bolt that is sticking out above the top strut nut for me?

They’re under a rubber flat in the engine bay. There is a rounded plastic cap under that flap that you can pop off by lifting with a flat edge screwdriver.

I’m looking for how much bolt is showing above the nut. I tried to tighten mine to about where they were stock but I’m curious what the dealer did with yours.

Looks like about a 1/2 inch. Thank you!

Just checked and I had mine at the same measure.

Bumpstops have nothing to do with how low the ride is unless the car is sitting on them, which is highly unlikely. If the car was sitting on the bumpstops at the front or rear it would ride very rough since you would basically have zero suspension travel and you would feel like you're bottoming out the entire time. I actually dont see anything wrong with your photos, the ride height looks great and the car wont sit as low as the RWD since the AWD is higher from the factory.

I agree. But Eibach requested the dealer check the bumpstocks. Sooooo.

Anyway, the bottom line is the drop is less than an inch (not the 1.4” Eibach claims). Which is the issue. Even the tech measured stock awd gt2s on the lot to compare.

I want my god damn .4”. Lol

I say drive it for another month and it should settle. I had Eibachs many years ago in my old Maxima and they are pretty stiff, so they take a while.

Do you find the ride quality to be stiffer and more jarring? You have the springs with the OEM stock struts?

OEM struts. Perhaps a bit stiffer ride. Kind of what I wanted. I like the OEM comfort just wanted it lower and a bit firmer. I’m very satisfied with the ride.

Interestingly, Eibach said the springs don’t settle much after a day or 2...

My experience with many different spring brands over the years is that they all settle over time. I'm with sybaritic, it will settle more, it just take time.
