Is it required to get my ECU recalibrated to account for putting on a K&N Typhoon intake and BOV from Go Fast Bits?. It’s the only performance mods I’m doing so not much but the intake is what I’m more concerned about. Back in the day, I put on an intake (probably incorrectly) on a 2005 4.6 V8 GT mustang and it ran worse than stock in the power department after I put on the CAI. It also had a mass air flow sensor though which I understand the Stinger does not.

I don’t believe u have to it. After a certain amount of time of driving it would adjust automatically from what I was told.

The ecu will self adjust to the increased airflow that the intake provides. No need to recalibrate anything.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
