Here at EBC Brakes we like to give car enthusiasts the chance of winning one free set of pads (front or rear). One randomly selected forum member can choose any pad from our entire range.

In past giveaways We have discussed our first cars, garage and storage spaces, famous people we have met or would like to have met and weird and wonderful vehicles amongst other topics.

This month I would like to ask;
What movie would you choose to watch at a drive in theatre, and what car would you like to watch it from? (Let's assume the weather is perfect and you have the prime position in the field to watch!)

Any added details welcomed, i.e. what snacks you would have, who you would watch it with, and tell me why you chose this movie!

The lucky winner will be randomly selected and announced within a few days after the closing date of 1st December 2021 and details will be posted on this forum within a few days of the closing date.

Please be aware that this thread may appear in more than one section on the forum and one winner will be selected from the whole forum, not a winner per thread.
Pad choice will be based on availability and where a chosen pad is unavailable, an alternative will be offered.

Talking strictly of theoreticals here I'd probably go with Back to the Future 2 Because it's a fun classic and I'd go with my first car, a 1973 Ford Gran Torino with it's big comfy bench seat.

I miss that car, I guess that's why I have another one, although that one doesn't have the bench seat or the memories but it still has the nostalgia going for it.

The Stinger is comfortable but it's a bit harder to cuddle with your date with the center console in the way.

Easy. ‘68 Shelby GT500KR fastback in Candyapple red. I’m watching Ford v. Ferrari with my wife (date night, NO kids allowed). I think any car guy that’s busted their knuckles a time or two can appreciate how Shelby and Ken Miles wrenched their way to the top.
We’ve got popcorn, real Cherry Coke and Swedish Fish.

For me, it’s a toss up between two movies. The first would be Vanishing Point and watching it in a Challenger…for obvious reasons. The other movie is Gumball Rally in a Ferrari Daytona, agian for obvious reasons.

I'm going to go with a 1974 Jaguar E-Type convertible on a nice summer night, about 80 degrees. For snacks I'll take a large popcorn with white cheddar and bbq seasoning mixed on it. I'll take my wife along with me, preferably time warped back to when we were in our early twenties (we definitely need a blanket with us). For the movie I'm going with Predator because it was my favourite action movie growing up.
