I wish I was better at understanding the chart/logs that the JB4 gives me.

Map5-10to80.webp

This is the image log is also attached.

This is 5gal of E85 mixed in with a FULL tank of 93
JB4, Injen Intakes, ARK Downpipe are the only performance mods.

ING1 if I understand correctly the first 2 drops before the first shift indicated by the Green line seems that maybe not enough octane, but like I said I'm newish to trying to understand the chart and logs.

You could try to speculate but would be pointless IMHO, a dragy is the best way to measure "real world" performance.

Why are the trims so high?

I have E85 at a gas station near me and would like to try Map3. Do I simply just do 5 gallons of E85 and the rest 93? Is this going to be corrosive over time?

E85 is not corrosive. Unless you are putting it in a 10 year old car, it poses no risk to your fuel system. Most gas stations have E10, which means you are already sending corn gas through your vehicle.

Even dating back to 2001, most everything on the road in the US was built to tolerate at least E15. My '01 Regal GS has been on full E85 for two years now, and the only thing in the fuel system I changed was the pump and injectors. Rest of it is factory and holds up to the ethanol just fine.
