3.3TT Dyno / Log Check

Got a couple of runs today on a dyno and wanted to see if everything looks normal. My whp on map 2 was a little lower then expected but im pretty sure thats due to heatsoak. Let the car cool a bit and the numbers went up to the one im posting here from a lower previous run.I ran the runs in order from map0-map1-map2. Probably should have ran map 2 but oh well. Intercooler is probably the next upgrade. Ill include a baseline dyno as well on map 0.

final numbers were 374 whp and 468 torque.

Ya, your timing was horrible IAT's were 130 deg too. That's why your numbers were so low.

How do i fix the timing issue? And yea i was looking at the logs and my iat was like 30+ more then the previous run at the end of map 2 run. Probably should have gave it a bit more time to cool. Congrats on the record btw!

Thanks! You need better gas, was it 91 oct? If you have 93 was it reputable? If it was, then I would take a close look at those plugs, they are either burnt or the gap is way off.

It was 93 but im not sure what brand. Im gonna pull one of the plugs and check them. Had them installed by a shop so not too sure if they’re gapped properly. Thanks for the feedback.

Put some better fuel and got a couple of more runs in. Just wanted to see if anyone can see if my timing issue is still there. Thanks.

Still pulling a lot of timing. I’d try what was mentioned above about checking plugs and again another gas station. Run map1

Replaced densos plugs with hks and gapped to .22. Densos had gaps around .28 Using bp 93 gas. Any improvements from the old logs or no?

Much better IMO. That’s a typical map2 log now LOL. Add a little octane and map 3 looks possible

Music to my ears lol. Appreciate the feedback. And yea probably gonna add some booster and jump up to map3 for a few rolls with a tuned c43 this weekend.
