I'm all over the place, but when I read the title my head immediately went to Schism by Tool.

Lots of different stuff: I've been around a while. :D Today I added this to my "various artists" folder on my USB stick.

In that same folder is a growing assortment of widely differing genres, off the top of my head: Dream On, theme to the movie Psycho, Ruby played by Richard Hayman, various Ennio Morricone pieces, overture to The Magnificent Seven, a cover by a talented 15-year-old girl playing two different guitars for Stairway to Heaven, a cover for When I'm Sixty-Four, Zero to Sixty in Five; Vangelis', Conquest of Paradise; oh, and a boosted bass version of Tennessee Whiskey (to demonstrate what the Harman Kardon subs can do :D).

I like listening to Andreas Vollenweider, Ozric Tentacles, and classical music too numerous to bother mentioning, but Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake is typical. This time of year, Xmas carols across the spectrum, beginning with stuff I listened to as a kid.

And Epic: my Epic genre folder taken mainly from YouTube is my largest single folder (currently 5.74 GB): I probably listen to random selections in there more than any other.

That reminds me, on my last road trip from SLC to LA, from Las Vegas to LA I listened to a guitar version of Hans Zimmer's Time, on repeat, pausing only to gas up and pee. :P

^^Link?

Found some more. I'm so glad this car is capable of playing media files. It's been....... over 2 decades since I've listened to over the air radio (inc sat radio). Mainstream content just doesn't do it.

WTH!? I'm listening to it right now via YouTube.

Search YouTube with:

Hans Zimmer - Time (OST "Inception") │ Fingerstyle guitar

Here's my Dropbox file: hans zimmer time guitar.mp3

^^Thanks for the link.

I listen to oom-pah music on repeat, full blast with the windows down while driving 110mph every where I go.

Deftones.

Amazing the march of music media over time and all the devices, physical to virtual formats we’ve embraced then discarded at home and on the road. Who’s lookin for any Donna Fargo and Charley Pride 8 tracks?
