For the most part, yes, just as every other cat back exhaust designed for the pre facelift and installed on the post facelift. The only problem is the tips won't line up perfectly. If you have a shop do the install they may be able to bend the tips to be more centered.
And on a related note, I can confirm that having the active exhaust connectors disconnected will not throw any codes or errors, as I've run with mine unplugged.
You may want to consider wrapping them in something to prevent long term corrosion, but if I remember correctly from the last time I was under there, there were little gaps in the panels inside the fenders where you can tuck them away and not have direct exposure to road grime.
