What is the standard protocol for keeping evidence of doing your own oil changes and routine maintenance? This is my first time doing all of my own maintenance and wondering if there is a standard procedure...was thinking of just keeping my own spreadsheet of maintenance intervals and pictures of receipts etc. But is there a way to report this so it shows up on the car fax history? Thanks for help!

I just track my maintenance on outlook calendar, that way I have dates and mileage for future reference.
I havent had any issues with warranty work ever and I have done this for many years and cars, but it depends on how picky the dealer
is...

check out the Fuelly app. It’s my Stinger diary and log book. Love it.
Able to log maintenance via Notes

I use oem oil filters. Staple the oil receipt to a cutout of the oil filter showing part number. It all goes into the log envelope.

Love this. I bought 3 filters from Kia so I'll do this as well
