.. that the sunroof does not want to close if you're going over 130MPH?

Anyone else run into this "issue"?

I was wondering at what speed it wouldn't operate. Probably come flying off at that speed.

I wouldn’t even have my sunroof open at that speed, I’d be too scared that the glass panel would fly off.

OP, that is the funniest "issue" I have ever read about. I wouldn't want to open it at those speeds. But I am not surprised in the least that it wouldn't shut: either because the car's AI is saying "WTF is going on!?" as you engage the sunroof close button, or slipstream is too strong (you burned out your motors, hah!).

I was wondering how fast you could go with the sunroof open, I've never been over about 105, always worried the mesh air dam would get torn.
Good to know it can take it.

I thought it was universal knowledge that 129mph was the cutoff.

Anyway, drive safe everyone!

but when I do... I’m messing with my sunroof at 130mph.

You know, funnily enough, I was completely lucid at the time merging into traffic. My wife mentioned that I might be going a little fast and complained about the noise, so I tried to close it...

Who knew, right?

Besides, anyone who has driven down here knows that if you're doing less than 90MPH on I-95, you're liable to get run over.

I-95 goes to Mexico?
