So as my username implies I am in Wisconsin where it is unseasonably warm right now in the mid 30s to 40s. I am sure it isn't advisable to remove badges at these temps but is it possible or should I just be patient and wait for spring?

Been there done that, Hairdryer and a garage hopefully lol.

If you can inside, go for it. Why knock yourself out under less than ideal conditions by not waiting for warm air to return?

Should be fine in a garage or anywhere accessible indoors.
