Hello. Two things. At night I turn down the dash lighting but after restarting the car, even at night, the dash lights are full bright again. Is this "normal" or do I take it back to the dealer? Second thing, other than the green power light on my rear view mirror, none of the other mirror light buttons are illuminated at night. That makes it a trick to open the garage at night. Are the other buttons on the rear view mirror supposed to be illuminated? Thanks.

Hello redspy58 and welcome to the forums! I am sorry to say I do not know about the dash light brightness question as I leave it on full all the time.
The mirror buttons do not illuminate, but I will share a trick with you that I use. Just program your button to the right or left of the green light. Then at night just remember it is the first button to the left or right of the light. Easy..

Thank you! The buttons on the rear view mirror must be illuminated in the Euro models as they are lit on several of the U-Tube videos which show the interior and exterior lighting. How odd! Good suggestion, by the way. I have done this as I was tired of opening the wrong garage door!
