Hey All,

I am debating between the Ceramic Silver and the Panthera Metal. Any suggestions?

I suggest you go to a dealer that has both, and decide which one you like better. If you're still on the fence, go again and look at them in different light (sunlight, overcast, artificial). There are fans for every color option - make sure you get the one YOU like best.

I like them both! Ceramic Silver comes first as it’s a pretty unique color, although i’m seeing other manufacturers cars with a similar look. Not sure which trim you’re looking for but the Panthera Metal isn’t available in the top GT2 trim.

You definitely want to see Ceramic Silver at different times of the day/night. The color changes alot.

Check out the Ceramic Silver thread where I posted 2 pics back to back from different angles to illustrate that point.

It's post number 77.

As the others have said, it's really a personal choice. Ceramic silver is definitely a unique color. I saw it on the show room floor, at the DC auto show and on a gorgeous sunny day but it only appealed to me when the sun was out. Panthera on the other hand looks almost black during cloudy or low light conditions. When the light hits it though, the pearl flakes in the paint are striking. It was my first choice but decided I didn't want the maintenance involved with a dark colored car. Good luck with your choice!

Hi there. I love them all. Why limit yourself to only choosing from two?

They're all beautiful, and change under different light..

The grey was kind of unique but everyone and their brother is making cars in that color these days. Not that I want to stand out, but it's becoming pretty common. The (US) blue is gorgeous, as is the red, but they do stand out a bit and I personally don't think the black chrome goes all that well. The guy here who has blacked out a lot of his red car, his looks really good - but not subtle. For me, that matters.

Black is the best looking for me, as it hides the trim and lines and panel gaps - but I'll never own another black car. I've said it before. I might say it again. They look brilliant when perfect, but get less than perfect so easily.

Pantera is close to black but far enough away to hide those imperfections, and has a stunning gold-tinged flake that looks absolutely amazing under the right light. The shade is close to that of the black chrome, so that looks more subtle, more muted - which is my preference.

That said, the snow white pearl has the same flake and looks amazing under the right light, but also highlights the "garnish" trim (that's actually what they call the parts" - not usually my thing, but I think it looks more elegant, refined, than other colors.

I'm going white. And <s>if</s>/when I do choose to wrap, it'll be in the color-shift satin white that has subtle gold, purple and green flakes/tinges depending on the lighting.
