Hey guys. Looking for any experiences with aftermarket intakes. Any issues with water/snow and especially with car washes? I know they’re the antichrist of the car care world but when it’s -20 for 2 straight weeks and there’s salt all over the place it’s the only real option for me for at least a few months of the year. Anyone have any issues?
I have only had my car for a year and 2 months and I only just recently installed the AEM intake, so idk how it'll be come winter, seeing as we have dual intakes. I've had aftermarket intakes on all my Grand Prix's that I've owned and I live in MN, our winters are pretty bad. I personally have never had an issue. Would be interesting hearing from someone that has a DD with snorkels that lives in the cold climates.
