Anyone else find it a little irritating that you have to push a button or change a setting to see where the climate controls are currently positioned? Why couldn't Kia either keep that info strip at the top of the screen permanently or at least a toggle option? I would like to see at a glance what mode the vents are in, what the temp is set for, what speed the fan is at...

Oh, by the way....I love this car. :)

Pushing the air circulation button repeatedly cycles through the settings for position. Pushing "Climate" brings up everything you mention. I'm glad that all that info is not visible on a "strip"; but I can see how making it visible as an option would be handy for some of the people all of the time.

anything less distracting I'm all for....

Standard Kia fare - it's the same in my Optima. I leave the A/C on "Auto", so the only thing I don't get to see is the temperature setting. Don't guess it really matters, though - I just spin it up a coupoe clicks if it gets too cool and spin it down a couple if it's too warm.

And in the meantime, it frees up space on the nav display, and that's a good thing.

makes sense....being a quick learner in th cockpit, the car is quite easy to get used to.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
It’s that way the auto industry is going, everything on the screen. Then it becomes a guessing game when the screen fails.
