Chroma Red (H4R) Touch up pen from Kia Dealer is the wrong color!

I agree with automotivetouchup.com I've used them for several colors and all are spot-on accurate. If they don't have the color, give them the code and they will match it. I did that for my HiChroma Red and they made it up and it's perfect. Also recommend using the little pen tool for tiny rock chips rather than the brush. Much neater and easier to use. You can find those on the internet.
I have used them before and they were spot on especially for a color no longer found in stores. They don't show the Hi Chroma on their site but I emailed them to verify they will do it before I order.

The brush is absolutely necessary for some types of touchup. "Tiny" enough for a pen tip also works with a toothpick, if your type of touchup doesn't come with a pen tip. I have two different types of touchup from Kia: the fibrous "wedge" tip; and the one that has both the pen tip and the brush.

I scratched my new Chroma red (Hi Chroma Red) Stinger doing the badge swap. I went to the Seattle Kia dealer and ordered a touch up pen. It was the wrong color of red so i took it back and they ordered another one and its wrong also! They bath had the correct code and color on the label. So now they are going to contact Kia, whatever that means.

So beware if you order a touch up paint pen from Kia!

I had the same issue, I ordered 2 touch up tubes from dealer with no match, not even close. They told me to contact customer service. I scratched mine doing the same thing, changing rear emblem. I ended up adding a custom emblem to hide the scratch.
