Ok, so I got the opportunity to test out an exhaust from Korea that’s hopefully making its way to the US. I’ll be posting a full video and review after Christmas on my YouTube, so please subscribe so you don’t miss it. Here is a taste....

Sounds good. Seems that someone learned from MBRP. Everything else either was too quiet or sounded too tinny and raspy until MBRP came along. This should be another good option as long as it's priced right

Agreed. This has valves too, so it has a very quiet mode.

I don't understand how that is a "prototype" when it is already out here selling in Korea since September. ;)

Unless this exhaust turns out to be a different design from the one we got here in Korea, it was available even before many people started to buy the MBRP exhaust and we also don't have the MBRP here (no one even heard of it here!), so I doubt both exhausts are related in terms of R&D.

Nonetheless, the GT9 is a one of the most popular products here because contrarely to other exhausts where sound fades down as you go into high RPMs, this one keeps going up in volume.

One drawback I can think of is the fact that it uses the OBD2 port for the valve control. I don't know if this will be the same for the US market but if it is, then you can't use the control module (picture below) along with piggybacks that require permanent OBD2 connection (JB4 or Lap3 tuner).

I will comment further later, but it is different than the Korean one because it was augmented for the US emission laws and all that stuff. Lol

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

I am curious to see which part is different.
I know that JunBL exhausts are identical, but RES exhaust is different (loud piping goes through a muffler in Korea but is a straight pipe in the US).
