Check engine light P25A0

So my check engine light came on today JB4 is saying code P25A0. The only symptom I can decern otherwise is some kind of whirling sound coming from the engine bay when I release the gas. Anyone have any ideas?

Upon driving it more it sounds more like some kind of electrical whine if that makes sense
