CarPlay x iOS 13 issues

I am having the same audio issue. They just replaced the audio unit. That was yesterday and it has started happening again. I have to shut off car and restart it again too and the audio will work. Sometimes if I get a call and go back to music, there is no sound. It is extremely frustrating.
Any other solustions?

mine is still doing it. Its also starting to do it when only the bluetooth is connected and not car play.
