Looking to reduce underhood temps for my Injen CAI and since the Aluminum Strut tower braces get hot at higher temp, is there a legit carbon fiber replacement that would lower temp?

The strut bars don't produce heat they get hot because the engine bay is hot. Carbon bars aren't going to fix the issue.

Well they won’t retain or radiate heat is my thought “... like an iron in the fire...

Carbon bars are not going to do anything different than stock aluminum ones. Definitely not going to reduce heat. Purely cosmetic.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

It's not going to have a noticeable effect. Aluminum dissipates heat fairly fast. Like I said the only reason it's getting hot is it's that hot under the hood during operation. This is why you should use intakes with dividers and not just straight up open elements.
