I have the gts. Thinking about having the hood wrapped to look like carbon fiber. Has anyone out there done this? If so would you please post a photo.

don't know what it costs in your area, but the price of a carbon wrap just for the hood you could probably by an aftermarket hood. just my two cents.

Silver carbon fiber on a silky silver, apparently a color that’s been discontinued BTW. Didn’t want black but something to also serve as a rock shield. Was quite simple and cost about $40 in vinyl.

Thank you for the comments and pictures. Looking into prices for both a new hood and a wrap.

The hood is probably the easiest part of the car to DIY, you might have to remove the hood vents for a really top tier looking job, but it would be very inexpensive, require no special tools, and easy to undo if you didn't like it (hairdyer or heat gun, very sharp blade, painters tape, and a squeegee (or microfiber cloth and an old credit card like object) Watch a few videos to get some pointers
