Carbon Fiber Hood on Black GT

Anybody have pics of a Black Stinger with a carbon hood. I'm strongly considering wrapping my hood this weekend in carbon fiber 3m vinyl. wondering how it will look on a black car. I don't want it to look ricey... mostly doing it for paint protection. Damn rock chips.

If I go through with it, and it looks good, I'll eventually wrap the roof also.

CF always looks good on dark cars.

I’m not a fan of Cf on light cars...

Wrapped the hood in 3M carbon fiber print vinyl. Came out nearly perfect! I've already gotten a few compliments on it and I've noticed quite a few people looking at it. Will be doing the roof next!

$110 after tax on amazon and about 2 hours of my time. I bought a 5'x5' sheet, but I would suggest spending the extra $20 and getting the 6'x5' sheet, because I barely had enough at the widest part of the hood

I was so torn between carbon fiber look or glossy black.

After seeing your pictures, if I got the same color car as you, carbon fiber 100%, but as for my white Stinger, I think I prefer the gloss black. Thanks for sharing 87and66!
