Car smelling like rotten eggs

I have noticed a rotten egg smell coming through the air vents and i have cleaned the air filter. Anyone else experienced this?

Changed the cabin air filter? May need to clean the evaporator too.

It’s the car A/C. Maybe the coils have molds. Need to blast it with a cleaner like this…

I had this happen to an pother car. It was a coolant leak from the heater core.
