Car no longer playing ringtone with incoming calls

I have a 2017 Elantra Limited. I've noticed the past few days when my Apple phone is paired to the car and someone calls, it no longer plays a ringtone throughout the car. I was flipping through the settings to make sure nothing was muted, and when I go to ringtones and can preview the different car ringtones, it won't even play those sounds to preview them. My local dealership was not helpful, they suggested re-pairing my phone to the car, which I did. They also said to reset everything to factory settings but I can't figure out how to do that. I pressed the tiny button to the left of the volume, but that didn't reset anything. Thanks for your help! I'd rather not take it in to the dealership for something so small.

Bellacampen, make sure the ring tone on your PHONE isn't muted. If it is the cars ring tone won't play.
