Who knows why , but the US CEO is being moved out and being replaced by the guy running Canada , hopefully this results in some positive change in Stinger marketing in the US
Kia picks Canada chief to head U.S. unit

From what I read the US dealership experience really depends on where you are and what they think they can get away with.

I've not read the same issues with Canadian dealers.

Here in the UK, no dealer would dare mark up the price or try and change the service intervals.

Maybe Kia global are going to try and improve the experience?

...........from my experience and from what I've gleaned from other Canadian members the dealers here in Canada are doing a pretty good job . This executive change may be helpful in correcting not only the US dealer experience but also the marketing . Just based on what we've seen in how Kia US rolled out the Stinger they need to make some "adjustments"..............

Whatever he does, it will definitely be better than what the previous guy was doing.
Judging by the how well equipped the Stinger is in Canada, plus the dealer experience there, Im sure he'll make the right calls.

Customer service is not difficult, but finding the staff who can deliver it is.

I love when I'm in the USA because of the service culture, going the extra mile is just the way they do things, and of course being British we just go every thing is fine and apologies for everything.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

.......ahhh so that's where we get it from ! :)

Would this be a loss for us canucks then? But then if the VP takes over, it's all good, I like him. He even let these guys in on the pre-production Stinger, which they had the sunset yellow by the way (which all of a sudden isn't available here!)

The VP is not taking over we have a new President who just started with KCI
