2018-2020 GT2 seats should be the same. I think even the GT1s got cooled seats, but note that the GT2 got higher grade leather than the other models. I'd look for a 2018-2020 GT2 with the red seats. maybe grab the door cards too since they have some red leather too.

I thought about just swapping the doors on my car to the red ones. Have black currently. I like the red interior but red seats are a bit much imo. Red doors with the black interior would add a nice pop of color without being over the top I think. Probably a lot of work to go through though?
That is where I am now. Need to find the passenger front seat leather before I can add the red seats. Trim panels were pretty easy. Had to swap the rear switches from the old panels as mine had heated rear seat switches and the sourced panels did not. Also had to swap wiring and speakers on one.
