Cam stinger

This may get a lot of dislikes, I’m aware, but anyone know of good camshafts that give the stinger a little chop? I know this defeats the purpose of a grand touring car but “to each their own”.

Me personally I wouldn't install an aftermarket camshaft.
However I would delete variable cam timing.
If its a different sound from stock engine that you are looking for than you should defiantly check them out and listen to that engine with earphones.
