Hello everyone! Has anyone already replaced the cabin air filter (the one behind the glove box or whatever it is called in English)? The stock one (97133-J5000) is a bit expensive here in Russia, it costs around $35. And there is no information about cheaper and properly fitting analogue air filters. There are very little amount of Stingers, and therefore there is no stable community or useful information about this car in Russian Internet segment. I used to own the 2016 Kia Sportage, and there was a proper, fitting well MANN filter replacement, which costs around $8 instead of $35-40. Maybe someone here have already found and installed some good analogue? Thanks!

P.S. I haven't found the proper forum section to post this thread to, so if it is the wrong section, moderators are welcome to move this thread where it should be.

Found this on Amazon

NEW CABIN AIR FILTER FITS KIA STINGER 3.3L V6 TURBO 2018 97133J5000 97133-J5000

I guess given your location, it's difficult based on who sells to your local market.

We also don't have many options available if you use a generic search on web sites like Amazon, but if you look up that part number, there are several aftermarket (analogue) options available and you can buy them on several web sites.

Have you removed it (I've not done it on the Stinger, but for most it's really easy to do) and seen how dirty it is? You might find a shake of loose debris and dust could be enough for the time being..

I bought a K&N cabin air filter. Fits great took me about 5 minutes to install. Not sure if they sell to Russia but I know they sell world wide. Costly for a filter but lasts a minimum of 10 years and only needs cleaning once a year.
