I was in the UK the other day. I wandered onto the Kia Uk site and noticed an order option that was a GT logo puddle light and the Apex edition option which has Black Exhaust tips. does anyone know if it’s possible to order these parts and self install?

That looks to be a light similar to some sold by different vendors that comes on with the door opening.

For me at least the kia puddle lights are under the car. 2 per side at the doors.
This doesn't mean that the OP is wrong with them being called puddle lights.

Found a few on AliExpress, this one is the Stinger script there is also an E they go in the doors so you’d have to drill a big hole.

The black tips came on the '22 Scorpion Edition and the '23 Grand Tourer Special Edition so I assume they can be ordered here in the States

I know I didn't read it as you calling what he said wrong. My wording just sucked. Hahaha! My last sentence was horrible, just read it again. OP called them what they were called in their Kia site exploring so they weren't wrong calling them that. I didn't know or realize that style would be called a puddle light too.

I just posted what i knew as puddle lights to share, not to correct.

Hopefully that makes sense
