Ok, this has been quite a drawn out process for numerous reasons. Im not really sure when the calipers/brakes will be fully back together BC the front seals are on national BO, but here's a couple preliminary pics from the powdercoaters. The color I chose is Brass Monkey from Prismatic Powders. The powdercoater does NOT like this color, something about it not covering evenly, I pick them up tomorrow morning. The Brembos were the 1 thing I really wanted from the higher models, im happy with the performance of the 2.5T- I already have 8k miles on it from mid-March and averaging 27MPG. They'll look nice inside my black with bronze tint 19" RTX Envys.

These are the costs:
4 Calipers from Ebay $850
EBC YellowStuff pads $250
EBC floating rotors- Front $800
DBA 4000 series T3 rotors- Rear $350
StopTech SS braided brake lines F/R $150
Powdercoating $350
Seals and Motul 600 $150
Install labor: TBD

I just couldn't put red calipers on a green car...I have a problem...

But can you simply replace the callipers? Are you also moving from 345 to 350 rotors and 330 to 340 on the rear?
Do they simply work with the same brake lines?
Sorry, I was also contemplating this at some point but thought it would be much more complicated than simply changing rotors, pads and callipers :)

I've bought everything that would slap onto the GT1/2s, so yes, 350mm front rotors, 340 rears. I also picked up the SS braided brake lines by StopTech- tho they're probably not necessary. My hick-up here was getting them powdercoated. The first guy had them for a month and didn't get them done, so I said fck'em and got them back, but the 2nd guy had them done in a week and was only $75 ea, but lived 35-40 min away. The final problem at the moment is getting the seals- which are on national back order for another couple weeks...im told. I've already been waiting a month for them. I just don't think the red goes well with the Ascot green color of my GT-Line. Crazily, I believe Kia is making the Brembos available for the GT-Lines for MY2023 and for only $1k. My setup is gonna be 3x that, but arguably I'm using higher quality rotors, pads, and brake lines all around....and they won't be red! There's no doubt I couldve saved $1k doing this swap with less expensive rotors...and I certainly wouldn't fault anyone for doing so, I just want to see how good the braking can really get, in my first premium sports car I've ever owned. Truthfully, I think the brakes in the 2022 GT-Line's are already quite good, and I'm going against my own mantra of "if it's not broke, don't fix it".
