breaking up under boost

hello new to the forum have 2018 stinger gt1 have not driven the car in about 9 months meth tank had been ran dry tried purging it using jb4 purge function did not work supplied 12 volts to pump to get meth up to solenoid adjusted map to map 8 took it out for a drive anything over about 10 psi of boost car started to break up almost like an ignition type misfire no codes at this time changed map back to map 2 same results on test drive switched to map zero same issue pulled 2 spark plugs look good no fowling was going to unhook battery to night let everything reset just updated jb4 firmware was looking for any help with the issue car is almost undrivable i will make a couple pulls tonight on different maps and post logs
mods: cai ,big mouth intakes ,larger front mount, down pipes full exhaust, hks blow off valves, jb4 with meth injection ,denso 5346,accel pedal module

Map 8 isn't meth anymore. Newest firmware it's map7 last I looked. Purge won't work unless in the right map
 
i just read they changed it but i also tried running maps 0-3 thanks for the info

car has 15k on it they have been in from 3k but i pulled 2 last night and they looked great and have no misfire dtc's
 
almost like the jb4 is the issue stock ecm isnt seeing a problem im going to clean the plugs up put em back in and do a couple logs and post this evening its almost like a rev limiter is going active anything over 6 to10 psi

thanks for the welcome i live in Ohio so it doesn't get driven in winter and i have a z06 and a cts-v and i spent last summer playing with those and let the stinger sit unfortunately love the car a lot just didn't get it out just trying to get it figured out so i can enjoy it
 
I would replace those pieces of shit denzos I had a full set that were just simply bad I would gap them and they were on gap and return back to their original state after driving. I dealt with this for almost a year before purchasing another set. the set seems to be OK now but I was having all the same issues you are, it is your spark plugs guaranteed. Just put a new set in or try to regap them again. .021

When is the break up? Is it high up in 3rd under heavy load? I had the same issue, no codes, obviously break up under load. I had a bad coil pack. The coils in the stinger are small and weak. I'd pull them all and take the boot off to make sure.
 
Sitting for nine months... I would also put fresh 93 octane fuel in it from a top tier supplier.
 
Check your gap on the spark plugs. Your doing things so gap around .022 as this is what ive heard from many other tuning forum members.

Also hks plugs are nice too (densos are nice too but i like them name brands lol)
 
Having the same issue issue as Echo. Just started Friday morning under heavy throttle the car breaks up. If I’m driving normal no problem whatsoever. Noticed this morning when I made a pull the the check engine light came on while I was on the gas as soon as I let off the light went off. @Echo did you change your plugs has it been better? I have intakes muffler delete secondary downpipes and Jb4. I have a full set of the denso spark plugs. They where gapped had them on since January. @Terry@BMS please help.
 
it was the plugs regapped them ran good for about a week replaced the plugs has ran great ever sense i am having issues connecting to jb4 threw blue tooth and dont think my meth is working it will prime but took it to the track says meth is getting injected but bottle stays at same level

I have the very same Meth issue. I've double checked all settings, it purges fine and it indicates that meth has been injected after a run, but the bottle remains at the same level and it has been at the same level for months. I just haven't had the time to contact JB4 support.
