Sorry I'm a scrub and don't know enough about the tires here.....was this good or bad for me? I have a 2020 Stinger GT1 RWD with K&N intakes, 2-step plugs, Borla exhaust, and JB4 tune map 2...did something really f*cking stupid and drove home in the rain after having too much to drink at a bar and spun the Stinger into a ditch at like 30mph causing $32k in suspension damage. Caliber Collision replaced my PS4 with Super Sports......am I good, or should I press them for PS4? I feel like they are way grippier already (just got the car back today after 3 months, so I could be pretty wrong), but I'm curious if these tires are worth a shit on our cars. I was already planning on swapping full PS4S and new wheels next year, but I'm wondering if these Super Sports gave me a little more time to tackle other things like sway bar and better brake pads (EBC) while I save for working with Fitment Industries for wheels/tires.

Maybe this will help?
I heard they are pretty similar though.

Ps4s must great then, i have the Ps4 and theyre damn good perhaps a little noisy compared to the conti contact 5.

Super sports are the “old” PS4S model. They are good.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
The Michelin Pilot Super Sports are the OEM tire on my 2016 C7 Z51 Corvette, so they are a good/great tire, I’ve been really happy with them. So far, I have a little more than 30,000 km’s on them, but they will need to be replaced early next summer.

The one drawback with them is they cannot be used/moved in below freezing temperatures. Under 7 deg C (approx. 20 deg F) the rubber will crack (apparently, even if the tire pressure is changed).

I will be replacing them with either the PS 4 or PS 4S.

$32k? That's a typo, right?

Heh....I wish. Have the paperwork to prove it. First estimate was $21k, supplemental for another $10k, then they finished off with another $2300 supplemental all sent to USAA.
