BMW 6 Series...nope that's a Stinger!

Anyone else mistaken a Stinger, especially a black one, coming towards you for a 6 series? I admit it has happened a few times. The tiger nose is kinda kidney grill'ish!

I'm sure I have. Which is why I confirm with the side vents and a look at the rear: all of my Stinger "wild" sightings require at least two positively unique Stinger features before I will count them.

What really stands out is how low the face of the Stinger sits to the ground when approaching from the front. It looks very elegant, sleek and athletic.

When I got my Stinger one of my friends (a BMW owner) thought exactly that! The first words out of their mouth was "you got a Beemer!"

Probably. Although I always mistaken a 5/6 series for the Stinger and they are still rocking the "regular" size grill.....for now!

Agreed those new kidneys are a sight.
I'm a supporter of the old 6 Series.
