Well I used fishing line and soapy water and it still pulled paint FML..... about as tall as a quarter and 1/4 wide. I need some type of scratch removal or paint to make this go away any ideas???

Depends. If you are putting another oval badge over it, just clear off the adhesive with goo gone, clean with alcohol, prep and use touch up to cover. Then after curing, put new badge on it.

if you want to go with the stinger script, you need to have a paint shop correct it.

Go buy a Brenthon badge that will cover that , They come in several sizes , Sal sells then in kit But for that size you probably need to buy it from Amazon brenthon.webp, OR , take it to a body shop and get it repainted , you wont be fixing that yourself , sorry to see !

You'll have to go BIG with a badge to cover all of that; you have a gouge and scratches outside the oval.

The gouge and scratches are underneath the KIA logo, if I place the OEM over top it hides everything...... Is there a place that’s sells the OEM part but says something else on top besides Kia?

don't just cover it with a badge - you will get rust there. Dr. Color Chip makes an excellent kit for small chips, but this area is quite large. I agree with the recommendation to take it to a paint shop.

That's a urethane bumper, composite material, does not rust.

Oh, then you're good to go (the pic is deceiving). If it happened to me, I would hate knowing that bare surface is under the new badge. So, I'd touchup all black spots before putting on the new badge. That's probably in the category of OC(D). :P)

Its plastic not metal

Thanks for correcting me - I didn't open the enlarged picture to see the plastic. I was thinking it was on the hood. In that case, some simple white-out (typing correction fluid) will work! ;)
