Big Mouth Ram Air Snorkels and Rain

If there is a thread with this discussion i apologize, i didn't find it. I was wondering has anyone experienced water entry, filter damage from FOD because of the dual large mouth snorkel opening? I can understand now why KIA made theirs the way they did, i love performance but not if i'll be losing reliability and causing unforeseen issues. Thank you in advance for you input!

I've been running my set for a while. It gets a little wet during heavy rain, nothing serious. But the filters do get dirty pretty quickly. I clean them every 10-12k miles.

Like Ohio said the ram air ducts get a little wet towards the lips but I haven't noticed any water work it's way up to my aFe airboxes.

Same as above: no water ingress into the filter boxes at highway speeds... And I live in the Pacific NW.
