Looking (hearing) for better sound. Muffler delete vs Borla cat back? In California so I have smog concerns down the road. Thx

ARK Secondaries, MBRP Cat Back, Bob’s your uncle!!

Oh, THAT sound. I opened this, thinking it was about the stereo. :D

Whatever you go with, please try for the lovely sound that comes from a stock 5.0L Mustang GT, and not that "fartbox" I heard going up the hill yesterday evening: it was a Mazda of some description, totally ruined every time he let off the gas to shift his manual transmission.

I've had both, along with an MBRP (with and without downpipes). I say Borla

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Muffler deletes on the Stinger tend to have incredible amounts of drone. I would suggest any catback over a muffler delete. Borla is a great option especially if you are going for the most noise and most aggressive sound. Pair it with secondary downpipes and you will have a smile on your face every time you go for a drive. We should have a Borla available for you if you are interested and I would be glad to help you out with a discount on your purchase. Click HERE to view the Borla Catback Exhaust on our website.
