Best way to get an additional set of GT 18" rims for winter use?

I'm new to learning about Stingers so forgive me if this has already been talked about. If I pull the trigger on a Stinger GT2 AWD I'd want the 19" rims for summer use AND the 18" GT rims with a good set of snow tires for winter use. (I like the factory look of rims so I'm not really interested in aftermarket rims.) What's the best way to get an additional set of GT 18" rims? Are a lot of people just taking sets of 18" rims off their cars and getting something else? Is getting a dealer to include them with the deal the best way to go? Other ideas?

Thanks. I thought they were just rims. I want to put snow tires on an oem set.

I want to stick to 18's for the bigger sidewall, and cheaper rubber.
