what is the best oil to use for my 3.3L help please

Bobistheoilguy.com has any oil questions and answers you could think of. Kia recommends a 5w30/ 10w30 api licensed oil. I personally use amsoil. Any off the shelf jug will be fine, castrol has a good reputation as well.

Pick a brand, any name brand(Pennzoil, Castrol, Quaker State, etc) of Synthetic 5w30 and stick with it. I personally go with
