Beaverton Kia (Oregon) sold me a GT with a defect in the paint on the inside lip of the hood. Not sure they ever saw it (or maybe they did!). I noticed it the next day. Took 2 weeks to get it fixed. Lack of effort on the dealership to keep in contact with me. Even called the Kia customer service number for help and that was a dead end. I had to contact the BBB and the general manager of this dealership to get info. I love the car, but my honest feeling is that Kia is not prepared to deal with this car and it's customer service buying experience.
