Aussie Nav query

hi there - my previous car let me save points of interest on the map and then have them pop up as warnings as you approach them (eg white vans taking photos and Commodores/Falcons parked in funny places on highways!) Does the Aussie version of the GT Nav system allow this functionality?

You can check the speed cameras in the settings but it won’t pick up mobile ones only fixed.

Thks have done that - my other car allows you mark positions on the map and then assign them a category, which can be used as warnings or reminders

How good is the built-in nav? If I'm running Android Auto, am I better continuing to work with Waze (which lets people give warnings about "roadside hazards")?

sorry guys,

late to the party on this one as I think I am still running the original nav maps from 2017 (screen shot below) .



At my last service around August last year the dealer told me there were no updates. But I did see mention of something just after that in September.



Can anyone advise a website link to guide me through a simple DIY map update process assuming there is one?
